IT Corner Limited is an individual running a business globally. The servers of IT Corner Limited are located in the United States of America, United Kingdom and Canada.

All clients who signed up with IT Corner Limited whose place of business is the UK, shall be subjected to laws prevalent in the UK as well as provisions for International Users or other allied laws or provisions of United States of America and respective datacenters.

IT Corner Limited assumes no responsibility for clients who violate the terms of service of the company, the terms of service of data centers which are inherent in the same, the provisions for international users in the United States of America as well as the laws and provisions prevalent in the UK.

All clients who signed up with IT Corner Limited whose place of business is outside the UK, shall be subjected to laws and provisions prevalent in their country, laws and provisions prevalent in the UK, provisions for International Users in the UK as well as the United States of America.

IT Corner Limited assumes no responsibility for clients who violate the terms of service of the company, the terms of service of data centers, the provisions for international users in the United States of America and the UK, or laws and provisions prevalent in their country. It also assumes no responsibility for foreign exchange issues which may occur.

Clients whom IT Corner Limited deems to violate the Terms of Service or laws and provisions as mentioned above may, without prior notification, have their accounts suspended immediately with one email notification to the account holder as well as reseller (if any). It does not require justification.

If any DMCA Take Down Notice or Violation of Intellectual Property Rights is noticed by any viewer, he/she may directly inform IT Corner Limited at abuse@itcorneronline.com. IT Corner Limited may inform the account holder of such infringement and ask him/her to remove such content.

If the user account accused of violating intellectual property rights does not remove the content within 48 hours of such notice, IT Corner Limited reserves the right to remove such content directly or suspend the account indefinitely with a suspension notice sent to the account email.

Claims for refund may not be made on the grounds of suspension because of violation of any clauses in this Terms of Service. IT Corner Limited reserves the right to insert, delete or modify any content on the website of any user of its server, or suspend the account if it finds the content unfit to display or host.

IT Corner Limited reserves the right to refuse a user signup who does not conform to these Terms of Service. Any user who signs up agrees to all the terms and conditions.

IT Corner Limited does not provide support to a Reseller's Clients. If any client of a reseller contacts IT Corner Limited regarding any claim, IT Corner Limited is empowered to place the Reseller's account on hold until such issue is resolved subject to provisions of law.

Use of unparliamentary or offensive language with staff or other clients invites indefinite suspension or termination as IT Corner Limited deems fit, voiding all refund policies.

IT Corner Limited may terminate its services at any point of time and is not liable for any consequential damages because of the same. It gives prior notice of four days to customers.

IT Corner Limited may form new terms and conditions and the same shall have immediate effect on all clients whether they have signed up in the past, from the moment it is updated on this page.

IT Corner Limited shall not be liable for any consequential damages — foreseen or unforeseen — which may arise due to an act of IT Corner Limited or otherwise.

IT Corner Limited shall not be liable for any downtime of server, provided it is informed and given a time-frame of 72 working hours to repair the same. Even if the condition is satisfied, liability is limited to USD 5.

IT Corner Limited shall not be liable for any loss arising due to non-attendance of server if it is caused by an Act of God or circumstances beyond its control.

IT Corner Limited shall not be liable in any event for any consequential damages or other direct or indirect loss however arising, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, interest, utility or loss of market.

A downtime notice must be brought to IT Corner Limited only by a customer at sales@itcorneronline.com along with the customer's name, domain and other details.

At any point of time, IT Corner Limited shall not be liable for activities of its resellers or their clients.

In any case where liability is on IT Corner Limited, the liability shall not exceed USD 10 per client (not user of server). Any compensation or damages sought may be limited to USD 10.

No claim for damages may be sought unless all charges for Setup, Term Fee etc. have been paid in full.

IT Corner Limited shall not assume liability for any other mode of connection to the server other than the Control Panel provided by it.

Any content found derogatory, defamatory, or violating provisions or laws prevalent in the UK, user's country, or provisions for international users in the United States of America may be removed by IT Corner Limited without prior notice.

If any authority of Government of the UK or other government asks IT Corner Limited to remove any content from a user's website hosted on its server, it shall be removed with notification to the user. Such removal cannot invite any refund claim.

Any content found infringing any Intellectual Property Right may be removed by IT Corner Limited without prior notice.

IT Corner Limited reserves the right to terminate accounts which do not comply with the above without prior notice or intimation.

If any account is suspended, it will be suspended for 7 days and within the 8th day the user shall be contacted of such suspension and cause.

All suspended accounts when terms between user and IT Corner Limited are favourable and accepted by both parties willingly, are subject to a USD 5.00 Account Re-Activation Fee.

Any backups or related activities may not be undertaken by IT Corner Limited. You are responsible for your own data backup.

In event of fraud being discovered, fraudulent and related accounts may be indefinitely suspended and contacted within 7 days of such suspension. Information about such accounts may be submitted to local authorities.

IT Corner Limited may reserve different pricing structures for different clients as it may deem fit.

IT Corner Limited reserves the right to change prices listed and change the amount of resources given to plans at any time, except for existing accounts.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold IT Corner Limited, contractors, agents, referrers, affiliates and suppliers harmless.

Support is provided via support ticket and email only. Phone support is not available though a phone number is presented for other purposes. Response time-frame is 24 working hours.

Spam complaint disputes must be filed with full logs within 48 hours of the initial Abuse Notification, failing which the notification and any fines will be deemed accepted.

IT Corner Limited may contact any user of server for advertising or non-advertising purposes.

IT Corner Limited reserves the right to use names and details of clients for publicity purposes; damages for the same shall not be entertained.

Your affirmative act of using the Services constitutes your electronic signature to these Terms of Service and your consent to enter into agreements with us electronically.

Renewals may or may not have the same price as the 1st term of such service. Renewal prices may differ with time.

By using the website you consent to all policies, sub-policies and clauses mentioned in the documents of IT Corner Limited.
